Have you ever come across someone with a cast on their arm who’s said, “My arm’s not broken! Nope, it’s not broken!”? 🙈
.
Or someone who is sneezing and coughing who’s said, “I’m not sick! Nope, I’m not sick!”? 🙈
.
God doesn’t tell us to deny, or ignore, the problem. We aren’t to call things that be not as though they’re NOT, we’re told to imitate God and call things that be not as though they WERE. (Ephesians 5:1, Romans 4:17)🗣
.
God didn’t look at the darkness and say, “It’s not dark! Nope, it’s not dark!”. 🙈
.
He looked at the darkness and called the thing that was not there as though it were: He said, “Light, BE!” (Genesis 1:3)🗣
.
Abraham didn’t go around saying, “I’m not old! Sarah’s not barren!”🙈
.
He called the thing that was not as though it WERE. He said, “I AM the Father of many nations!” (Genesis 17:5)🗣📖
.
So instead of the person with the broken arm saying, “My arm’s not broken”, they need to agree with God and say, “My arm is HEALED by the stripes of Jesus!” (1 Peter 2:24)🗣📖
.
Instead of the person who’s coughing and sneezing saying, “I’m not sick”, they need to agree with God and say, “No weapon formed against me prospers, I am strong and well in Jesus’ name!” (Isaiah 54:17)🗣📖
.
See the difference?
.
One is “positive speech”, the other is releasing faith through the Word of God!💥
.
Let the weak say, “I’m strong!” (Joel 3:10)
Let the redeemed of the Lord say, “I am redeemed!” (Psalm 107:2)💥
.
Faith isn’t denying the problem, faith is agreeing with the Word of God about the problem!🗣📖
.
It’s the WORD OF GOD that contains the POWER of God – the power that brings healing, deliverance, restoration, protection and wholeness in every area of our life! (Romans 1:16)💥 #faithtalks
