If you read Isaiah 54:17 it says, “No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgement YOU shall condemn.” There’s three things to notice about this verse:

1. The weapons WILL form against you,
2. But they shall not prosper (succeed, prevail, be effective)

Why?

3. Because every time a tongue (voice) rises against you in judgement, YOU shall condemn (refute, answer, silence) it!
How do we condemn it? With the Word of God! ?? When a voice rises against you and says, “You’re sick, feel that symptom?”, you condemn it with, “By His stripes I WAS healed!” (1 Peter 2:24) ?

When a voice rises against you and says, “Your loves one is never going to receive salvation!”, you condemn it with, “They ARE saved and have come to the knowledge of the Truth!” (1 Timothy 2:4) ?

When a voice rises against you and says, “You’re so depressed. Nothing good ever happens to you”, you condemn it with, “The joy of the Lord is my strength! Goodness and mercy follow me all the days of my life!” (Nehemiah 8:10, Psalm 26:3) ?

It doesn’t matter how many weapons form themselves against us, they CANNOT PROSPER when we condemn them with the Word of God! ????? For a FREE copy of “Confessions For Life”, scriptural declarations that cover every area of your life, email questions@faithtalks.com.au
