This confession is taken from a prayer Paul prayed for the Ephesian church, and notice that he did not pray that they receive more power, more blessing, or more increase – but their “eyes” be opened and that they receive more REVELATION.? This confession is one of the most IMPORTANT confessions we can make, because as our understanding deepens and we increase in the revelation of everything God has given by His grace, we can then lay hold of it through faith! We need more REVELATION of who we are and what we have in Christ!? Confess this scripture and watch the Bible come alive to you! ?? “I have been given the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of God. The eyes of my understanding are enlightened; I know what is the hope of His calling, the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and His incomparably great power to me, because I am a believer.” (Ephesians 1:17-19)
