What does God have to say about the current issues that are dividing so many: 💉 vs. anti-💉 and 😷 vs. no 😷?
.
As always, the Word of God has the answer! 🙌🏼
.
Check out this passage from Romans 14:1-6 (BSB)👇🏼
.
“Accept him whose faith is weak, without passing judgement on his opinions (arguing over opinions). For one person has faith to eat all things, while another, who is weak, eats only vegetables. The one who eats everything must not belittle (or despise) the one who does not, and the one who does not eat everything must not judge the one who does, for God has accepted him…One person regards a certain day over another while someone else considers every day alike. Each one should be fully convinced (fully persuaded, fully assured) IN HIS OWN MIND…”
.
Let’s apply this passage to the current issues:
.
One person may believe it’s right to put certain things into or onto their body (eg 💉 and 😷), but another person may believe it’s wrong.
.
The person who believes it’s right must not belittle, judge, or despise the one who doesn’t, and VISA VERSA. God says we are NOT TO ARGUE over these things.🤭
.
Why? Because God accepts and welcomes BOTH of them (vs 3).❤️
.
EACH ONE has been given the ability to receive wisdom and direction from the Holy Spirit for things that aren’t specifically mentioned in the Word of God, and to let peace rule in their hearts concerning their decisions. (Colossians 3:15) 🕊
.
We should never force people to override their conscience, neither should we force our faith onto other people. (Romans 14:14,23)😠
.
It’s the Holy Spirit’s job (not the other person’s) to convince people of what they should or shouldn’t do according to THEIR faith so that they are settled in their OWN mind about what they should do. (John 16:8, Romans 14:5) 😇
.
So instead of preaching our opinions, let’s focus on preaching the Gospel – the GOOD news! (Mark 16:15) ✝️
.
Let’s encourage people to listen to the Holy Spirit and let HIM guide them into all truth. (John 16:8) 🕊
.
Let’s do all we can to live peaceably with all men because blessed are the PEACEMAKERS. (Romans 12:18, Matthew 5:9) 🥰

And let’s continue to PRAY FOR (not criticise) our leaders and those in authority. (1 Timothy 2:2)🙏🏼
.
That’s the wisdom of God 🙌🏼 #faithtalks
